hello guys, new grab driver here, would like to ask a few questions regarding this =)

1. Can i switch off the auto job accept?

2. How come sometimes when im driving someone already. on the app it will ask me sometimes if i want to accept it or not, whereas sometimes they will autoaccept.

3. Can I do grab in a specific area? Eg. Shah alam only

grave madani (grab saver) can choose

justgrab and others cannot

you can do shah alam only if you on only grab saver (can toggle that in service button) remember that you just lose RM4 every gross fare from normal grab while still being eaten 20% so choose wisely

I use Iphone for doing Grab driver, i send my family to Airport, i want to take a job go back , everytime only queue but no number, i try to off on my phone also no queue number come out. Anyone can help ?

WTA: if a rider gives bad review after the ride is completed, will the driver know about this bad review coming from this particular rider?

no number means you are in standard queue. you being push back by incoming priority queue. unless there is no more incoming priority queue, you will have your number and it will run down. if there is incoming priority queue, you still retain your number but priority queue will overtake you.

priority queue given to those drivers coming to klia with booked passenger
standard queue given to those drivers coming to klia with non booked passenger or with booked passenger but distance less than 45km or without passenger at all.

Why my cash order it fully deduct from my credit wallet?

Example, i receive booking for Rm9 cash, after completed and when check my credit wallet transaction, it shows Rm9 deducted?

Last month didnt have this issue, only this month it shows like that.

Hi can I know for drive into the shopping mall parking like aeon you paid for rm1 per entry does it count in the earning or you need request with customer ?

Assuming drivers on the road for 12 hours a day and rest for one day weekly (so working days in a month is about 26 days)

If collection per hours = $20
Then daily income = $20*12 ‎ = $240.00 and monthly income is 240* 26 ‎ = 6,240 per month


If collection per hours = RM25
Then daily income =$25*12‎ = $300.00 and monthly income ‎ = $300.00*26= rm7800 per month.

If collection per hours = $30

Then daily income is rm30*12= rm360. monthly income is rm360* 26= rm9360

Above figure not yet deducted petrol and maintenance

so based on your calculation right...then lets say erm 6300 on average..

minus mentenance and petrol monthly perhaps rm1300.

clean profit or salary would be rm5000.

Hi Fellow Driver, sorry for asking something regarding Grab Rider here.

I registered as a Grabfood Rider 2 weeks ago through Grab official website without knowing we can actually register with the help of an Alpha Driver.. Why Grab doesn't actually properly promote this on the website?

My application was currently pending at:
Document submission [pass]
Training [pass]
Application under review. Wait for SMS/Whatsapp to activate [pending]
Account activation [pending]

Does it usually take that long to register? Did I done something wrong? Or maybe because there is already too much of Rider available, so no open slot for new applicant at the moment? I'm from Wangsa Maju. Am I still allowed to transfer my application to an Alpha Driver?

I read through some of the post mention about document verification at kiosk at GDC, should I go and do that?

You should go to GDC. Nobody will take a look at your application especially now. they are busy with EVP now.
