Hi Fellow Driver, sorry for asking something regarding Grab Rider here.

I registered as a Grabfood Rider 2 weeks ago through Grab official website without knowing we can actually register with the help of an Alpha Driver.. Why Grab doesn't actually properly promote this on the website?

My application was currently pending at:
Document submission [pass]
Training [pass]
Application under review. Wait for SMS/Whatsapp to activate [pending]
Account activation [pending]

Does it usually take that long to register? Did I done something wrong? Or maybe because there is already too much of Rider available, so no open slot for new applicant at the moment? I'm from Wangsa Maju. Am I still allowed to transfer my application to an Alpha Driver?

I read through some of the post mention about document verification at kiosk at GDC, should I go and do that?

Hi Rara, ya, I finally got activated by around mid of March, I was registered through the apps by beginning of February.

I guess it got delay because it has quite a few of holidays around that period, and also the coming Ramadan. I'm a happy rider so far.
