Setakat tahun ni, rekod APAD ada 258,000 pemandu ehailing.

Sebelum 12 July 2019 semua pemandu ehailing kene ikut peraturan dibawah. Lepas tarikh tersebut, penguatkuasa akan ambil tindakan.

- Latihan lesen memandu komersil psv utk ehailing.
Belajar 6-9 jam & ada peperiksaan. Markah lulus 80%. Tetapi sebelum ambil lesen psv, rekod kene clear, tiada Saman, rekod jenayah takde, kesihatan baik. Utk sementara , psv syllabus akan ikut sistem sedia ada dgn jpj. Bayaran utk psv RM 200. RM 190 utk kelas+ RM 10 utk ujian.

- Lepas dh lulus psv, pemandu ehailing kene pegi daftar di APAD, apad akan kluarkan permit/surat,..Lepas tu kene bwk surat dr APAD td ke jpj utk tukar geran kereta dari private car ke kenderaan teksi ehailing.

- dah tukar status kereta dlm geran pegi puspakom utk kelulusan kereta bg tujuan ehailing. Lepas ni dh tkde istilah ehailing private car. Lepas ni ehailing adalah kenderaan teksi. Cuma tk bersalut merah atau biru. Tapi akan ada "bodymarking" dgn serial number yg link dgn apps, jpj dan apad. Klu tkde bodymarking, Dan ambil penumpang, jpj dpt tangkap start 12 July sita , kompaun/ pegi mahkamah

- Lepas dh lulus puspakom, kene pegi ambil insurance kereta utk kenderaan teksi/komersil. Dh tk boleh buat insurance private and tambah rider "ehailing". Kene buat full commercial car insurance. Contoh : proton saga teksi insurance RM 3000/year. Kereta pemandu ehailing pun kene byr jumlah sama, sebab status kereta dh tukar jd teksi.

- dh buat insurance ,ambil roadtax. Untuk teksi sedia ada, roadtax harga teksi, tapi ehailing taxi car kene bayar roadtax sama mcm roadtax private car ikut cc kereta.

- dh buat semua di atas, pemandu ehailing kene buat permit sama seperti permit teksi. Jumlah bayaran permit akan di confirmkan oleh APAD.lepas dh buat permit baru boleh tukar kereta dari private car ke komersil car.

- sebarang iklan di body kereta tidak dibenarkan kecuali pemandu sendiri kene Mohon online Di sistem JPJ.

- jenis² kenderaan ..apa jenis kenderaan boleh bwk ehailing.minimum 4 seater sampai max 11 seater.
myvi, axia semua boleh lepas dh lulus puspakom.yg tk boleh kereta jeep 4wd sahaja. Myvi dh tk dikira compact car, myvi Dan semua jenis compact car akan fall under saloon category. Hanya ada dua kategori saja Lepas ni, saloon dan 6 seater.

- muatan dlm kereta. Lepas ni luggage/bagasi dh tk boleh letak di bahagian dlm kereta. Semua mesti letak di bonet belakang.

- semua pemandu teksi ehailing boleh hantar ke airport. Tapi pemandu teksi ehailing tk boleh tunggu di airport. Boleh ambil penumpang di airport hanya jika ada order dari apps. Tapi tk boleh tunggu. Landside juga akan dimansuhkan. Sistem que juga akan dimansuhkan. Hanya teksi Dan airport Limo boleh que. Private car ehailing tk boleh que.berkuatkuasa Di semua airport seluruh Malaysia termasuk Sabah Dan Sarawak.

- lesen memandu OKU sudah tk boleh digunakan. Maksudnya org kurang upaya sudah tk boleh memandu utk ehailing.

- besar kemungkinan, pemandu ehailing teksi mesti memakai uniform. Masih dlm perbincangan antara ehailing operators dgn jpj dan apad.

- toll charges ehailing cars akan sama seperti toll teksi komersil.

- plat kereta Masih Sama, tidak perlu tukar ke putih. Kad pemandu jg tk perlu pamer. Tapi setiap kereta ehailing Akan ada body marking yg ada serial number dan tagging.

- conclusion, kereta persendirian dh tak dibenarkan utk buat ehailing. Kene tukar geran dari persendirian ke komersil di jpj. Ikut langkah2 di atas.

Semua kene complete sebelum 12 July. Part time or full time driver semua kene. Lepas 12 July jpj akan mula sita kereta jika tk ada semua di atas.

Please wait for GRab App notify for any confirm regulations and procedure. The harder MOT makes the process, the more drivers will quit grab. MOT wants rakyat to use public transports and Taxis wants their glory days back. Ehailing is a cause for them not to achieve their goals.

By all means, anyone drivers who are able to pass all the requirements will have a "durian runtuh" fare, similarly to those early years of grab existence in Msia. It is estimated that 80% of drivers will quit if all the rumours are true being the no.1 reason is private to commercial status change... 2nd is a sticker to car body.

Riders altitude cannot do much by cs. But u can keep report so that there is statistic grab need to push something.

Those like got cancel within 5min almost reach there, the bonus little caught in jam, u r otw but jam then got cancel categories as no effort. These are the case u can fight.

Mine is i ask cs to call riders why cancel when i almost reach the pick up. Because i suspect the eta reflect different in rider app. They just reply me a full stop karangan. Want me to shut up.

Have you encountered case that the CS delayed in closing the case? Till we think that they would not send us the “about your help experience” email which allow us to rate the cs?

But they did eventually after certain time, could be 2-3 weeks later. I suspect they do it intentionally.

I search this man name on google and saw a lot of hanky panky with this man. Before this I think he also share false info on airport waiting area.

From KLIA2 to KL, the cross road near Dengkil is super jam. Sometimes need to wait more than 10 minutes to cross.

This lady should just take KLIA limo. Confirmed the taxi drivers want to avoid toll 

Few weeks back I was in Leisure commercial square and receiving ping at the icon city lobby. The Waze indicated I need 20 minutes to pick up due to morning traffic condition at the Ldp junctions and this condo is on the other side of LDP.

About to press cancel, suddenly this indian female rider message me begging no to cancel her trip because she has been waiting for 45 minutes and she was already late for work.

Out of the good heart, I just proceed to pick her up although I knew this is loss making trip. Nothing much happen during the trip and riders seem ok except she complained no drivers accepting her booking and one accept then cancel immediately.

At 2 pm same day, I turn on my app to check my rating. I was shock when it was dropped 0.04. Highly probable the 1 star is from her due to her frustration for can’t get drivers on time. But didn’t she knew that is my drivers rating and it was not the grabcar app rating?

I also received zero tips from her after trip. Lesson learn. Enough said

Do we need to declare Income Tax if we have full time job and do grab for part time?

Taxi drivers dun have to declare income as there is no official statement on the fares received, In fact, i dun know of any taxi drivers that declare income unless they needed the documentation for housing or car loan.   

It is a different cerita for Grabbers as there is official statement on what was the fares earned with every ride. 

Seems like grab no more reset the timeout after choosing job for 2-4th times then accept 1 time..

Just now i ignore first 4 jobs and accept the 5th job.. ignore again the 6th job and i straight get 30min timeout.. maybe they implement the no. Of jobs we can ignore per day
