They can't rate but they can still fill complaint via support for previous trips. And these farkers who review them are the most farkers and useless among all, they really suka suka down drivers rating one even not your fault. If one day grab decide to laid off staff under budget those useless bastards will be the first to let go.

after july 12, grab and any ehailing company only can charge maximum 20% according to e-hailing Act.

so would it be on AA = 15%, no AA = 20%?

if no difference, new driver also say bye bye to AA

Those who say can earn 5k,ask them is gross or net.You have to pay 25% commission to Grab,fuel will cost around 15-25% depending on what car and driving strategy.Car maintenance some more

If you want 5k net a month,you need to gross around 8-10k which is quite hard to achieve these days without incentive.

The easiest thing to do is by doing Grab yourself.

I dont know what kind of car that you drive and where do you live. If you live in outskirt of KL and want to have nonstop ping you have to come to city center, ampang, PJ and Wangsa maju area.

Those who earn net 5k a month might do these things

1. Sleep in a car and only go home once a week. Take bath at LS KLIA or mosque or any rest area while waiting for ping.
2. Drive 6s and have offline airport job.
3. Have efficient car so fuel cost is low

I drive 6s and premium and my net income around 1.5k after deduct all the cost. Luckily i have side business which i already build from 3-4 years back. Now only drive due to economic situation.

Once my business start pickup, i will only drive part time as i do enjoy driving around KL and see all the hot chicks.

this morning till now, fare pricing problem for premium cars. all fare super high. no job from 7am until 830amuntil i received my first job

really thank god the job is from shang hotel to Bukit Jalil (18km) for a staggering RM82.
after that i direct go home @ sri petaling

i pity so many premium drivers all over mout kiara, kl etc as not much jobs with the crazy fare as where got ppl spend so much on daily routine unless pay by company.

worse is i get my wife call to check what happen, the CS give a standard answer - ' due to traffic condition and lesser drivers around'.

fuck u crap, so many premium drivers around and and even my rider can tell ... i keep apologize to him...

those Driver Representative who are in this forum, please ask crapcar NOT to place out rider or drivers in such a way. we do like high fare. but be reasonable.... how can the fare is 3 times of crapplus during peak hour????

If early can go to Bukit Jalil LRT station. You may even get ping from APU students or Indian expats working in TPM.

If evening can try luck around radin bagus/ endah promenade or condo around the stadium/tpm APU astro entrance. I usually rounding there if one south, east lake or south city no ping in the evening. Another reason maybe too much car around, when cruising along the road entering bulatan lumba kuda can see a lots of 'same clan' cars beside without customer. If u on MD then lagi struggling to get a ping..

4 months to go, grab issued press statement dissatisfied of pace of gov related agency to facilitate legalizing drivers process, but then does it itself start to do mandatory rider registration process with valid id documents?

Happened to me today!

7.00 AM, after dropped off a passanger at Titiwangsa, I received another ping from an Indian passenger named Vijay (bukan nama sebenar) at about 1 km from my dropped off location. So I quickly go to the area to pickup Vijay.

When I reach at Vijay's condominium, 2 Indian guy waving at me and enter my car. I greeted “Good morning Mr. Vijay”, and he replied “Good morning to you too”. I quickly pressed pickup and drove to the location -  HKL.

The traffic on Jalan Tun Razak was heavy and one of the passenger told me to use another road to avoid traffic. Since CRAP told us to negotiate with the passenger for the best road to choose, I just follow.

When I realised that I was heading to Ulu Klang via bulatan Pahang, I knew something is really wrong. And suddenly I saw GRAB's number calling and Vijay texted me "Where are you? I am late for work!!" , I think I know what is going on. I started to run several plan on how to deal with 2 big, half drunk and hairy Indian guy in my car.

Not more than 1 min,  the one who sit beside me said “I think you already knew that we are not your passenger.." I was like "Shiiiiiit..", and I was really lucky when I saw a bus stop where many people is waiting for the bus. I quickly hit my brake and immediately open my door and get out of the car in front of everyone and tell " Get the fuck out of my car!!". The passengers freaked out, swiftly get out from my car and ran away. I was panicked and didn't really want to kejar them.

While still shaking, I called Vijay, explained and apologized. Vijay was furious because he was late and he could not get another ride while I still haven't 'drop him off' in the App. But at least he knew I wasn't purposely did that and he forgive me. I cannot call GRAB while still on the ride and I have to press 'drop off' before the Call Us option available on the screen. And the GRAB Helpline operator said I should not end the ride, so he could cancel the trip. I think GRAB has no idea how their app's works.

The option to call police is never been in my head because there is no way I could navigate to the option while driving and these two crook are watching me.

What a shitty day.
