but i think more lasting now since game can installed in external hdd

send for service , they will clean up and replace new thermal paste , then no more jet engine noise

Is there any fix for the remote play lag?

Weird thing is.. I tried online games, rarely lag
But other offline games very lag if so many things happen in the screen like kh3

Or is it my phone spec not good enough?

Which phone are you using?
Sometimes remote play with my vita causes a bad lag too.
It could be the wireless connection to your device.
Also, there is direct PS4 to device connection or through the network. That might affect it as well.

sorry. i didnt use phone.. i use my ipad 2017 model
but it only lag if alot of thing happen in the screen..its like fps drop
watching cutsene..play fifa no issue so far

Has anyone encountered this error "E-8200012C" while purchasing with their credit card?

I've been trying to purchase games with my credit card but I keep getting this error. And I can't figure out what's wrong. I've read that it has something to do with my address matching my billing and my psn account address.

I've tried so many ways to write my address (because I can't have any special characters like "/" in the address) and matched everything together but it still didn't work.

Hope someone has found a solution for this error

Buying on PSN Malaysia Store? If got that error buying thru PS4 console, try buying thru PC or PS phone app?

Playing remote play if HOPELESS here in malaysia.

I tried playing my ps4 via remote play on my vita at my office which is 15km away from home. Using unifi 500mbps.

Still lags somewhat.
Office internet is fast too, about 300mbps or so.
If i switch to 4G, it’s barely playable.

Hope 5G could overcome this remote play lagginess but i wouldn’t bet on it.

Maybe PS5 will have better remote play mechanisms in the future? Who knows.

I’m not sure if it internet or what.. even tech reviewers in YouTube also have this lagginess issues.. I’m sure they have top speed internet too.

I got this problem around the same time as you.

Called the bank (RHB Debit Card in my case) and turned out they blocked it. I told them to open permanently and thought that was the end of it.

But today it happened again. Called them again and asked why is it blocked when I’ve already requested for permanent unblock. They said it’s standard procedure and added I should call them first before making online purchases in the future.

After I explained that I only use this card for online and always keep a small balance, the staff said she’ll put a remark for my request.

What a hassle.

I'm thinking of getting a pro, for the graphical enhancement since I have myself a 4k TV now. My dilemma is knowing a Ps5 release is imminently around the corner, a ps4 pro may not be the best choice. And also what shall I do with my ps4 vanilla? It is a DQ LE.

My argument to purchase a pro, I might not be an early adopter of Ps5, perhaps will wait for about a year later to see any defect in the pioneer batch. In the mean time, a ps4 may be adequate. And I can also sell the pro away, it could still be in 2 /3 years old by then.

What do u all think?

If you'll fully utilize your PS4 Pro with your 4K TV in between now and end of next year, I guess why not, especially if you have PSVR.
Maybe won't feel regret even when PS5 is launched, and you might change your mind to buy PS5 at launch if a game you really like is among the launch games.

Your PS4 Dragon Quest Limited Edition ... keep as display collection :-D or for future kids' use.

If Sony will confirm next year, whether there will be mid-cycle upgrade or not, like PS4 Pro ... OR straightaway announce 2 versions, PS5 & PS5 Lite ... then gamers can decide whether to buy early or not (games being the main deciding factor apart from money :-( ). (If Microsoft will announce XBox Scarlett and XBox Anaconda, then maybe Sony will do so also if PS5 is really USD499 and the 'lite' version at USD399).
