guys dont use digi anymore, i complained to the customer service my line is bad here, they finally came and service the celltower after the 3rd year of reporting to them every month, and it only lasted like 3 hours and the reception is bad again. so i ported my number to umobile, already settled every bill and even gave them extra rm3-4, now they call and say i have rm46 unpaid. What a completely money eating bs company.

Well, ask them to show you the bill if you think you are wrongly charged by them.

Hi guys, have anyone ever called the digi helpline no from overseas? My phone number was just expired and I need to reactivate it back to get my TAC for banking purposes (the app said that it is terminated) help cry.gif

Yup, been browsing Digi Community and seen all those rejections to requests to reactivate terminated prepaid lines.

Anyway, you can private message (PM) one of the staff at Digi Community Prepaid Discussions - IMO easier to use than calling them.

If that’s the case I might just return to Malaysia and get a new number then.
My old number is originally a Maxis number. Used it for 4 before I MNP to Digi in 2013.
In case if I want to register for the same number, should I contact Digi to reactivate my sim or is it better if I reregister with Maxis in this case?

From what I understand, Digi will return the number to Maxis once the line is terminated...?

I'd personally PM a Digi staff to see the status of the number and once confirmed returned to Maxis, I'd walk in to a Maxis Center to inquire about the number.

Digi in Kg. Attap, Klang Valley so bad right now. Full bar but couldnt even load Digi app. Speedtest didnt even connect. I had to use my 2nd line to post this.

U mean to change plan, USSD code is *128*1*4#

I tried both 3G and 4G didn't work. This morning the speed regained to usable status, but still not enough to watch a video.

The speed is extrmemely slow now. 4G is not usable. 3G is very slow. Stupid telco. Going to port out after my contract end.
