Hi guys, have anyone ever called the digi helpline no from overseas? My phone number was just expired and I need to reactivate it back to get my TAC for banking purposes (the app said that it is terminated) help cry.gif

If that’s the case I might just return to Malaysia and get a new number then.
My old number is originally a Maxis number. Used it for 4 before I MNP to Digi in 2013.
In case if I want to register for the same number, should I contact Digi to reactivate my sim or is it better if I reregister with Maxis in this case?

I'd personally PM a Digi staff to see the status of the number and once confirmed returned to Maxis, I'd walk in to a Maxis Center to inquire about the number.
