Previous version it refreshes not so often and only happens when it’s not running in background. This version happens every time when i click on the app

Mines turns 4 times on UniFi Mobile on iPad 2017. I think normal right? Logging into server. Slightly faster (3 turns) on wifi.

If it's in memory, it doesn't do that. Which iPhone you have? iPad 2017 has 2GB RAM.

Anyone got sms to go for upgrade at RM 58.00 for this promotion?

I got it, but wonder the RM 58 /monthly is it for 6 months or permanent.

Android too only if I kill the app, else it will not refresh on its own..
It is quite fast actually even after I killed the app, it depends on the networks.

On my Android phone, I haven't noticed any significant difference in the loading speed between the old and new app.

Tried it on my iPhone X and it's pretty fast, to be honest. Even when I killed the app, which I've a habit of doing. And thanks to the urge to try, I just noticed a 7-day 1GB FOC BoS and grabbed it. tongue.gif

Don’t like the new app layout. Especially it removed the total remaining data summary and breakdown separately now. I’ve to swipe to view separately.

Just found out the app will crash if put on split screen.
Running on Android Pie

No contracts for prepaid therefore it's a mistake by DiGi. You'll have to check with them. XOX won't be able to help you here. Once it's sorted out, do the MNP again.

Did u changed from postpaid to prepaid recently? If yes, there are 6 months period lock down u cant mnp.
