Has anyone tried to set the auto-billing through the digi app? Seems like unable to do it.

Don’t like the new app layout. Especially it removed the total remaining data summary and breakdown separately now. I’ve to swipe to view separately.

Wanted to port out from digi to xox black but digi counter offered with the 38 ringgit plan with 10gb data. They said will even refund me the 39 ringgit in the next bill I’ve paid to register online for the xox plan. Is this true?

I've complained to them I do not like how the data is split between weekday and weekend currently based on the 58 plan. So they offered me 10gb and unlimited call but SMS pay per use. The offer is actually 10 riinggit rebated from the 48 plan for 12 months.

I just want to know whether what they said about the 39 that I paid to register the xox plan they will rebated me back in the next bill is true. That was what the CS told me.

No black and white that is why I wanted to know anyone have similar experience and what was the outcome. If cc they just say to get you to stay then will trigger the port out request again.
