so can use opera to watch youtube - will it be considered as the youtube data or my normal data?

i cant seem to find the youtube data usage in the new digi app

Mine at KK this morning was OK though. I was using a 12.9" iPad so the QR code was crazy gigantic. Cashier couldn't scan it at first cause he was putting it at normal smartphone distance. Just had to move it back.

dear fruitie, a few other notes, if you can pass this on to the devs:
1. On iPad, content does not re-adjust properly from landscape to portrait and vice versa.
2. One extra tap to view and then redeem to display the code. Not a biggie but why?
3. Please add itemised usage details like what you can see on the website.

Got reply already.
Checked with the team and the barcode would be the same for old and new app, shouldn't have any difference.
Even their own Rewards Expert has also tried and it works in Tealive.

Can you re-try again and others can also try to comment?

U work for Digi?

the issue with barcode is probably screen size optimization... some devices may have problem loading properly with small screen, or probably screen too dim.

Hmm seems like PDF bill not yet ready, however i can already see the payable amount and the bill history there and able to make payment already.
Just tried to download Jan 19 bill and it works.

I guess its pretty normal then...recalled previous version also need 1-2 days only able to download bill.

Yes, it is a normal behaviour. The bill will be ready 2 days later after billing cycle.

Can you tell them the autorefresh feature of Digi iOS app is super irritating?

Everything when I open the apps, even though it's in the background, the app will refresh itself and took 4-5 seconds to load before displaying anything.

Really dislike the new app, thinking of porting out to Maxis.

Is this not there previously? Just checking before I feedback. I don't install this app on my iPad so can't validate.
