I quite confuse as well. I have spend on COFFEE BEAN without click the raya senang, and i recieved 20% cashback to my wallet. While i went to the alley, i need to do all manual redemption from my rewards.

One thing I don't like grabpay is the security, it does not come with security pin when to top up or paying like other ewallet does.

Actually they should consider GrabPay to be implemented into merchant that support GrabFood. It just seems so weird that you can order grabfood from this merchant but you can’t pay with GrabPay when you eat at the merchant shop.

It's very shameful, such a big company which defeated Uber but so sucks in the rewards implementation/ integration.
They started with all those nonsense need to copy and paste code, sometimes need merchant to key in their code, but eventually decided no need "claim" the reward, just pay as normal to be entitled for the cash back.

Their feedback channel is equally super duper stupid. They will not entertain you through e-mail, they will insist you feedback through their app. But when you go explore their app for feedback, you will know what I mean

Yeah should be part of their service, hence they should at least give better points also

Grab starting 1 oct 2019 reward earning is now 3x for grabpay purchases (gold & platinum). Sigh

Haha we were just talking about this yesterday, doesn't matter to me.
They can reduce to 3x but if redemption etc also reduce accordingly to match that, which give us similar value then it's fine.
If no more value from Grab Points, then just use other e-wallets. Still many options out there

(I'm talking about spending at merchant, but if your frequency is grab ride and food, then really no choice still got to use)

I didn't know they offer 20x reward points previously! Does that only apply for plat members?

I am currently a Gold member, not sure how that affects me though.

Their rewards is quite good. I redeemed a RM5 ringgit Tesco voucher for 1k points the other day.
