Ok, got it, not rewarded then. Made a quick browse on the transactions history, did use the same MC (BP) to top up very very long time ago.

Update: Reload successfully and rebate received.

Reloaded mobile for rm30 and received rm6 (20% of the top-up amount and max rebate is up to rm16) in the form of Grabpay credit, say within 2 minutes after the successful transaction.

I also feel that Gpay gt rounding issue as noted sometimes after completed the delivery, the actual deduction will be slightly differed from the pending amount hold, slightly incr by few cents.

Experienced once before when paying telco bill through epay. Gpay amount deducted successfully with receipt however the bill payment failed. Need to check with epay for further advice and action.
My case, refunded to Gpay account within 1 week after reported the failure of bill payment.

Does the gift card has an expiry, as in for eg, valid for one year from purchase date? If yes, how long is the validity and whether it displays in the account after purchased?
