You Kaya will not confirm la buy this segambut, even it is walking distance to KL Metropolis.

All big investors will buy first and will buy minimum 10 each.

This segambut graveyard htc condo will full with investors, no crazy guy will buy for ownstay graveyard, htc condo in segambut.

For me, it doesn't look good.. Unless you can prove half of the buyers bought for own stay.. Which is not gonna happen because 100% buy to invest.

if for investment shouldnt be straight forward one most probably. need to do creative renting and reno kaw kaw for yield. pick unit also have to becareful got few -ve factors around.

Heard that developer is asking high deposit for downpayment .. that’s why a lot negative push back post pop up to create impression to developer that this project is rubbish ? So that they can go back for 10k deposit ?

Not in my case, just a normal RM 5k booking fees, and the rest from loan maa...
