The signs were there. The project was soft launch for donkey years without any physical works on site.

In any cases, I hope the project will proceed as many hard earned money is at stake here.... I hope none of the compression loans here. Imagine no income and paying progress interest for multiple units.

I thk to be fair they still have over RM300Mil Freehold/Leasehold land which are not pledged to banks. (If there were able to find a buyer in time, they should be quite safe).

Is land easy to be sold off and liquidated in a short span?? If banks demand the loan to be repayed in 1 month can this labd sale and all proceeds be given in 1 month? Anyway hows the progress here? Any pictures

They have one plot of land in KL city that has been hoarded for many years.

There are so many red flags if anyone bother to pick the signals

- unfavorable site location surrounded by highways, cemetery and HTC. Imagine pass through under HTC on daily basis to reach your home
- design and concept where better thought can put in especially the unit layouts
- unprofessional marketing where +1 space is promoted as bedroom
- the most glaring red flag is idle construction site for few years despite being soft launched earlier. Can just go through the pages of this thread


Nevertheless wish all buyers the best and no matter what happens corporate side, developer has social and contract responsibility to finish and deliver the development.

It’s so sad that FOMO still works in an oversupplied market.

I know someone who bought here and I think it wasn’t even under the bulk purchase deal.

Guys if you’re gonna buy something please please buy well. Get it wrong and you can really stuff yourself up for a long period of time. You only get a few shots in your life unless you’re tremendously privileged. Don’t shoot yourself in the foot.

I think this project will have 3 blocks overall, but what i can see the current construction progress is only on 1 tower. If not mistaken the investment group bulked a particular tower, and I presume is the one getting constructed. The other 2 towers nowhere to be seen, yet... icon_question.gif
