many times i request to boost support, they said they r facing technical problem.

This happen to me start on early of this month. Yesterday boost sent email to me saying that can start to topup bigpay. But yesterday still same.

I only have one boost acc.

I had a problem since last week. But then , CS reply to my email saying that i can start reload. but yesterday i try to reload mbb amex (about rm1000) but not success. but i tried to lower the amount until 199 and was successful. this morning also i tried to reload again about 800 also cannot and try to lower the amount finally it was reloaded at rm299. you can try many times by lowering your amount.

for me, i never call. just contact with them thru email. they will reply with case number reference.
I never found boost phone number for CS.

Hi guys, I tried to reload from Amex about RM299 each time. But need to wait after few hours for each reload. It was successful.
