Hi guys,
I have just upgraded to premium. Here’s the thing I have a balance of rm24.10 and I just added rm1500. However my balance is still rm24.10 and I’m not able to make any transaction more than rm24.10 🤔
My balance is now rm24.10/rm1500.
What’s going on ya?

Cant transfer money out from boost with error message below. I have reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, clear cache, but nothing helps. Anyone encoutered same problem before?? hmm.gif

I have never been in such situation so won't be able to advise. May be u need spend or transfer out the 24.10 first.

could be a glitch in their apps, but first need to confirm if your actual balance is rm1524.10 , not 24.10.
yes i guess would need to send the money 24.10 to someone you know using the Send Money features.
but i afraid your amount will turn into RM0.00 afterward instead of RM1500.00

There is nothing for me. Did a transaction and got no shake reward nor coins. Transaction amount RM10. Appears to be broken for now.

Aside from the bill issu earlier, I faced no issue on the shake reward

Able to Pay unifi RM120, receive 60 Coins & extra 420 Coins for shake rewards
Paid Umobile RM 30, received 30 coins & extra 60 Coins for shake rewards
