After the update. I’m on level 1. Today open i’m on level 4.

Paid something and now only get coins which u redeem for (non-achievable) rewards or the cashback.

Really a bummer.

not from profile tab, when u open the apps, click the top right add money button and click Transfer out to bank at the bottom

total 20 transaction AND RM1000 spent u will jump to lvl4, not the same as FAQ

lvl1 = 0 and RM0
lvl2 = 5 and RM150
lvl3 = 10 and RM400
lvl4 = 20 and RM1000

they should put a warning how many transaction or money spend going to expired in x days to warn user to perform spending, else need to keep track ourselves...

current level incorporated all trans nos n sum for prev 30 days. at earlier hours after update boost didnt comsider this

need help guys...

after upgrade i used boost for rm78 at shell station...

but i can't locate the shake coins rewards at all...where can i find it ?

thnx...

add-on: straight from lvl 1 to lvl 4 with that transaction

Wrote to Boost CS and they advised restarting phone after all the updates. it WORKS!!! rclxms.gif

Now can access app but still can't perform certain functions like donating and withdrawing funds

anyone facing same issue?

i have enough balance (> RM100) in my boost wallet but when i want to payment to retail shop using QR (i scan them), and when key in amount (let say i key in "1"), the app show :

"you have no enough balance, please add money" something like this....

but i can transfer money to my contact, what happen huh??

So now this Level up thing will expire after 30 days and need to spend again to achieve the no of transactions (20) & total amount (RM1K)? Am I understanding right?

Im clueless , yesterday was at Level 1, made 2 ptptn transactions value rm402, today open boost, Im at Level 4 d. Bug ?

it collects the history spending data 30 days ago from today, which mean if you have 20 transaction and RM1000 spend today while 30 days ago u spend 2 transactions with total RM200, tomorrow u will see 18 transactions and RM800 in ur apps
