Just made payment of RM8.80, total coins earned is under 8 coins. Miss the guaranteed base coins of x1 for Level 3... |

A bit confused about the levels & maintenance.
You need to have 10 transactions and spend of RM400 in 30 days to hit Level 3 but to maintain level 3 you need 30 transactions and a spend of RM1200 in 30 days? Why does it take 3x more to maintain? Plus if I did hit 30 transactions + RM1200, I would be Level 4 already. |

Past month or so when I opened the boost app suddenly I need to sign in/register again. When I signed in, all cards removed. Didn't think about it until today again get signed out randomly again. New security function? Really inconvenient when suddenly want to pay and instead need to login again
