I transfer money out to bank from boost, i received the money but i cant make another transfer because it says laat request to transfer out still in process. Normally how long it takes to able make another trannsfer to bank?

Cant transfer money out from boost with error message below. I have reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, clear cache, but nothing helps. Anyone encoutered same problem before??
