Mine was called Card Upgrade Cash Back because I was using their old credit card and they just sent me the quantum mastercard.

But they came back after checking offering me RM500 spending after SST charged

I try to apply their vs card, but rejected direct without key in to ccris record

bank approve or reject always substantiated with reasons. whether they disclose to you is another matter.
