My statement date is yesterday and I just received my PDF statement an hour ago.

Can. What I meant was pbb didn't sent the statement via email which is the first time

junk mail? havent seen anyone reported not getting estatement.

so far mine received T+1 from statement date. no delay.

Don't have. I find it weird as well, if next month also the same then I might need to check with cs.

I also didnt receive my feb statement which my statement date is on 30th..Not sure what happen also.

agree, download from pbe is w/o password, good for archiving and viewing. however, keep the email also for future reference. just in case anything removed from pbe.

Just called Pb to waive my Quantum Mastercard SST but FAILED! Even i spend RM5k per year! So i think is depends on which cs answer ur call too!

Fyi, aliexpress no longer send otp when purchasing. Once u click purchase, it straight away charge ur cc

before they came out with the point redemption, you can still get them to sponsor your SST. Now, the official way is to redeem SST with your points.

i thought the point redemption is already there since SST introduced last year? but still got ppl reported here success to request free reversal...

SST only intro'd in Sept, election in May. GST doesn't tax you for credit card. So it doesn't make sense their 2018 points redemption catalog has SST.

What I meant was, redeem points to pay for SST.

I see from 1st page, Quantum is eligible for CB when paying income tax.
Is there any other hidden charges apart from the 0.80% administrative charge?
