hi guys, i have some problem using my shopee voucher which I got from applying for Quantum cards. The error says "sorry, the payment method that you selected does not meet the requirements for using this promo code."

Anyone else have this problem? I can apply the voucher code successfully. It is just that when it comes to payment, the error appears.

Appreciate any input. Thanks in advance!

Is this your first credit card from public bank? For my case, they required me to pick up from the branch that is convenient to me.

what number did you call?

try 03-2176 8118, never have issue calling this.

What number is this? 21768118? A special number? Direct line? Or is it just an alternative to the other line 21768000?

I usually call 21768000. So far it works for me most of the time. But it's good to know alternative too.

Hmm. Just realised it's the VS hotline no., I just followed the no. printed behind my VS card. I also used that no. to call for QMC query.
