I already maxed out online cash back of QMC. I guess if i continue reload BP with QMC for "Spend Now 4 More", it will not give me any online category cash back or VIP points, am I correct?
should I reload BP with QV on next Monday to earn VIP points? This post has been edited by propusers: Dec 13 2018, 09:10 AM |

QUOTE(putra23 @ Feb 25 2019, 01:13 PM) Not having high expectations, just called CS and request for SST offset. Surprised that CS asked me to wait a few days for the request outcome. Saw the offset reflected when checked online. SST offset for both card Quantum Master and Visa?i can easily hit 4k for Quantum Master. but for Visa, I hardly use it. |

QUOTE(beLIEve @ Mar 15 2019, 02:48 AM) before they came out with the point redemption, you can still get them to sponsor your SST. Now, the official way is to redeem SST with your points. i thought the point redemption is already there since SST introduced last year? but still got ppl reported here success to request free reversal... |

QUOTE(fkinmeng @ Mar 20 2019, 03:37 PM) anyone can advice how did PBB calculate the cash back? I'm quite confused with it. show us the VIP point credited in the statement...[attachmentid=10207791] fyi, i pay Maxis bill via Maxis Pay website last month with QMC but didn't get any cash back, and credited with same amount of VIP points... |

QUOTE(stevenkkh @ Apr 25 2019, 07:04 PM) Exclusive Flexi-Payment Plan Offer 0% for 12 months with minimum purchase of RM1,200 Call: 03-2176 8000 Email: custsvc@publicbank.com.my Thinking this offer no need pay any one-time upfront handling fee? QUOTE(sj0217 @ Apr 25 2019, 08:01 PM) Updated: i nvr do flexi payment plan before and try to learn how to manage it... looks like 0% flexi pay plan is one of the Quantum card feature...Back to last year December, we can actually "delay" a month of payment as suggest above. However, I found this no longer be active. My statement date on 24th every month and yesterday night I made a call request for Flexi Plan payment. And received the latest statement that the Flexi payment line 1/12 is generated. ![]() my understanding is like this... assume i have credit limit 12k... 1. I have 1 transaction 12,000, so i can call cs to convert it to 12 months payment without any extra fee. I only need to pay 1k per month for 12 months. no others fee. Is my understanding correct? 2. I have 2 transactions (1,500 each transaction), can i call cs to convert both 1.5k to 12 months flexi payment plan? 3. To convert the transaction to flexi payment plan, the transaction status need to "unbill" status or "billed" status? or doesn't matter? 4. Will flexi payment plan show in ccris record? like in question 1, will ccris show another record of commitment 1k per month? thank you in advance... QUOTE(David83 @ May 1 2019, 09:47 PM) 1. Yes. 0% FPP is Quantum card exclusive fee. No hidden fees wow... thank you for your fast reply... appreciate...2. Yes. 3. Unbilled but posted to online ledger. Advised to be within 3 days after transaction made. 4. No. But it'll eat up to your CL and hence, may impact credit utilization sub-score. |

I have QMC for 2 years and applied VS 7 months ago and kena rejected. Although i have exceed the income requirement.
I would like to apply VS again now. What is the recommended way to apply a new card? Last time I send email to custsvc@publicbank.com.my and rejected after 7 days. I don't think Public bank has a card center like MBB card center which is very efficient in credit card matters. |

Currently have Quantum. Testing to apply VS via the online form above. But I found there is no way / no button to attach supporting document like payslip. Anybody have tried apply via online form? |

QUOTE(shinichi88 @ Jun 17 2019, 03:31 PM) Some info I just know about public bank CC, good info.apparently the contactless payment has a accumulative limit of RM500 after that the paywave function will not work, and require to use PIN. once PIN has been use, then the contactless accumulative amount will be reset. this limit is different from the limit you set for maximum amount that can be use for paywave. for example if you set RM200: 1st paywave : RM200 2nd paywave : RM200 3rd paywave : RM100 4th paywave : failed any amount So this accumulative limit doesn't have reset cycle and can only be reset by using PIN when making payment. Sorry, I've just know this ystrdy and thought wanna share with everyone here. Been using CC for many years and only notice this security feature. |
