Government service is under exclusion list if you did read the TnC.
If can get, I have done since day 1 of the campaign.

By the way, are you referring to FPX from PTPTN website?
Or Jompay from PBe?

Thanks for your reply, i meant Jompay from PBe.

yes it goes through for most banks because they rely on One Time Password rather than CVV. I think only RHB validates the CVV.

So technically no point in keying the correct CVV? Then why they even ask? doh.gif

Can you share how much VIP being awarded? What is the spending amount based on?
*
under VIP, retail purchases are 170.99, so 170 points awarded.

which of these are not online transactions?
i can roughly calculated it as follows if I exclude all Allianz transactions...

there are few permutations to get RM27.66 cashback if i include Allianz transactions, but it's doesnt make sense for some others not eligible for cb.

so, the above is a more likely scenario.

all are online purchases except for Rakuzen.

Maxis -> Maxis Pay
TNG -> E-wallet app reload
Shopee and Lazada -> Apps
Tenaga -> UOB Payonline
MPSJ -> UOB Payonline
Allianz -> Jompay

i know Jompay definitely no cash back, but the rest should be eligible right? but then again, 1st page did say shopee app no eligible. rclxub.gif

show us the VIP point credited in the statement...

fyi, i pay Maxis bill via Maxis Pay website last month with QMC but didn't get any cash back, and credited with same amount of VIP points...

QUOTE(mamamia @ Mar 21 2019, 04:31 PM)
If based on the VIP earned, it means Maxis 43.70 + 42.40 n  Shopee 30 + 54.89 = RM170.99

But, he suppose to receive full cashback of RM30 all his transaction.. best is still check back with PBB..
*
i spoke with PBB CS:

shopee - some eligible some not eligible, although all are done through shopee app.
MPSJ - not eligible (uob payonline)
Maxis - yes (maxis pay)
TNB - yes (uob payonline)
Lazada - yes (app)
Rakuzen - yes (dining)
TNG - yes (e-wallet reload)

i couldn't get the cash back amount as per the statement, but since the amount in my statement is slightly more than the info from PBB CS, i just keep quiet la, no point arguing further.

Did you ask why this one is not eligible?

MPSJ - not eligible (uob payonline)

Government related service?
*
Yes that's what he said.

QUOTE(mamamia @ Mar 21 2019, 06:54 PM)
U can just write an email to CS n ask them to show how the cashback and VIP derived.. I’m sure they calculate wrongly.. bcoz even if not eligible, u should get VIP
*
hmm.gif i can, good to know as well.

The CS definitely dont know, because he can't explain why some shopee app purchases are eligible and some are not eligible.
