I m using digi and yoodo. Is it if I use pay bill for digi consider as online transaction. For yoodo, it can set credit card for direct payment every month. Is it both consider as 'internet' or 'telco'? Also, is it consider as online transaction for quantum cc?

It's mainly for bill payment for utilities and telco.
Internet is referring ISP like UniFi, TIME or etc.

If I pay bill of DIGI and YOODO from apps charge to quantum mastercard credit card. is it consider online transaction that entitle cashback to 5% cashback.

If it requires OTP input, it'll be considered as online.

Yoodo, direct debit, no OTP, so NOT online!

Between 2.5x to 3.x. definitely below 3x. I just recalled I used only EPF to apply. I have overtime pay, so it fluctuates. I got between 2x to 2.5x.

You better have something solid to back you up. I remember they charge for application for credit limit increase, though I don't remember how much.
