just gotten an offer. HSS Global business risk, managerial level. will be based in cyber. however will follow UK hours..

Looks like most here imply that those based in cyber will be call centre roles and processing?? Any other input from those in risk or compliance??

Im resigning. You can take my job. Not worth the money. No work life balance. If you are okay in working in rotating shift environment. No cuti2 msia. No work life balance. Then you are ok.

hi everyone, i did the assessment test yesterday and i was informed to attend the interview next week on the same day too. The position i applied for is GSE: Back office Operations.

Fyi, i am a fresh grads and tbh, i didn't experience any interview before (even during my internship period, i was recruited by phone interview).

To all sifus here, generally, what questions will be asked during the first interview?

thanks

this thread is long silent but i still want to write out of frustation.

i got interview to hsbc, pass the interview along with few other test and called by their hr multiple time after the interview to ask how fast i can start my job.

now the frustrated part is, its been 2 months since my last interview, my hope shoot up to the sky only to be told that the upper still not decided anything yet. they keep asking when can i start or you have to fill up this and that. and at last call, still no new whether i get the job as GSE or not.

should keep waiting or i can bury my hope already?

Human resource department have frozen any new comers on the month of December. New comers will start to join on January next year. If you want to be a robot a data processing centre with office politics is good for you. If not, please stay far away from here as it is not worth the effort. I feel under appreciated working here. Worst place to work. Flipping burgers have better joy than here.

I started with gcb 6 too. In banking, normal junior level I suppose. But can't compare with data processing, they start with gcb 7.and gcb 6 consider as team lead level

Hbmy refers to bank.

30 days very good la, I only got 22 days lol

Every bank got this think call core / blocked leave. For u to rest completely, can't touch work
