They will accept you.. Just be prepared to answer question like "why you want to enter the workforce now?" and "How can we be sure that you won't be leaving before the training even finishes?". The will accept you if you are able to communicate well in both malay and english, and even better, mandarin or cantonese. they need people. Try to call HSBC call centre and see can you go through or not.. If not, then they must be really desperate and need people.

They ask me to collect the offer ltter on 16 April but currntly im wrking and i already told them that i need 1 month notice. hi i just got an invitation for interview for back office at cyberjaya, fyi this is 2nd time i get oppurtunity for interview. i dont know why i didn't get this job at the 1st time interview session. past is past hehe..

but may i know about the Fact sheet, what the means of this:
Public Holidays/Annual Leave

• The total number of Public Holidays and Annual Leave for each staff will be 26. The distribution of days between the two will be dependent on the business areas and the country that the staff supports. For instance, it could be 10 and 16 respectively for some areas and 8 and 18 respectively for other areas.
1. it state the total number of PH and AL is 26,is it those of two PH ang AL combine and the total of leave is 26, or AL is 26days and not include with PH. For example if i serve UK,the PH will be 6 days + AL 26 days.

2. may i know when is weekend of country that we serve(UK, HK US and etc..),is it not saturday and sunday like malaysia right,is it other country their weekend is weekdays or just same(saturday and sunday)

I just asked by the HRD of (HSBC data processing) to attend for an interview at the Exchange Square on this Thursday. But I already offered as a Equity Executive (mainly do marketing) by RHB investment bank. So is it worth a try to go for the interview as I'm based in Ipoh. Btw I wanna know how is the working environment in both HSBC and RHB? and how much is the basic for HSS?
