But I do encourage ppl to join HDPM for a year then join to other competitors due to HDPM believe in training ppl and other competitors want people who can work on 1st day. Many of my colleague jump with 30-40% raise.

Yup many indians. Actually many call center if you see they are high number of indians.
For some reasons they're more tolerant towards abuse by angry customer.
Other race can't stand kena scold.. lol

Anyone went to interview on January and received offer yet?
It's been almost a month and I don't get any news at all.
Did background check really took 4 weeks or longer?

You would have received offer 1st before the background check? I can't remember already but don't expect to receive offer fast as they are suppose to be on hiring freeze. Most probably interview done now are to fill up positions left empty after people resign.

That's what the manager said to me during the end of 2nd iv.
He said something like welcome to the team, shake hand and expect me in the team soon.
Then fill out forms for b/g check and the hr people said within 15 working days will send offer letter.
Now bout 3 weeks ady (+- 15 working days) still no news.

same here. I attended the interview at 19/1 and they confirm me on the spot. yet i din fill out any form, they just took my resume.
may i know which date you went interview and which position offer to you?
