Even when you already did your best but like 11.11 was so high traffic, by informing your customers via whatsapp etc that the courier will experience high traffic.
Shopee allow back to back rating between customers and buyers, so i still do not have 1 star so far. both have equal sales.
its good that Online Sellers come to lowyat ... as Seller and Buyers can exchange ideas
my take on Lazada platform
1111 high traffic is no excuse i think . if you know high volume come then be prepared !
i purchase 12 items on 1111 day and most items were delivered in 2 to 3 days . 2 items came in on the 4th day .
and the last item came in 5 days ie on friday . this one came with 4 free gifts ...so happy even longer delivery time. how can i complain . I think they already prepare for this with the gifts !
i notice some sellers pack and ship out within the day of 11.11 . So i guess they are Ready for heavy orders .
i always chat with Seller especially if i need the product fast ( to check his response and commitment ) or if the product has a expiry date .
here i notice some Sellers answer the chat very late ... like 5 hours , i expect chat to be answers in 2 hours if its a working day .
some sellers answer fast even on weekends .
I feel this chat response shows on the Seller s commitment to his Shop .
I expect all orders to be ship out within the day if the Order come s in before 12 noon.
i always give feedback for sellers to improve their performance.
I had one order two week ago , the Seller send me the wrong items . i bought a wax car shampoo and he send me a basic shampoo ,
returning items is a hassle and time consuming . i just hope the Seller get it right the first time
i had a order 3 months , i bought 3 same small electronic item . one was dead on arrival,
I comment on the product review . 4 times and the Seller delete . the comments every time .
Last week i make the review comment again , this time the seller chat with me and i told him about the 1 faulty item
After some chat he offered a refund . But i ask for some product from his store of similar value. Deal was agreed .
