I sell some items via Lazada and one of the buyer main busuk to request refund only that claim is fraud item.

It is now under pending decision by lazada. Once Lazada approves the refund only request, will it be needed to be approved by seller to counter claim or request to return and refund only?

I dont mind to refund but only if return and refund, not refund only. Wanna tiok my item for free.
