Can chat but customer don't bother to reply. I recently got a 1 star with no comment. So I chat him asking him what's wrong with the item, but he never bother to reply.
Lesson I learn: Don't give a fuck to pls them already. Give them rock bottom price, fast shipping, after sales support, but they don't seem to appreciate. So, just fuck it. You want you come.
