Sellers have to bear all the bad comments for courier's fault, act of God or even customer's own fault.
Just received a poor comment due to courier arrived their home at wrong time for two times. Customer expect seller to urge courier for re-delivery at appointed time. Eventually they have to do to self collection.
One star for unable to help customer to save petrol.
