btw to sellers, Lazada rating system not good. neutral rating considered as bad as well. really bad for those who doesnt grow rating themselves

lazada a lot of high class customer, expect A+ service and product but want pay cheaper than pasar malam

those are usually just price hunter they dont care much about other stuff, see picture same then they choose cheapest one
but when they get shitty service or lower grade product they bitch around, only then they will appreciate a more decent seller like you

yesterday my shopee list increased to 300 item, today out 12 orders, but small stuff.
Lets see how it goes, my previous listing less than 100 only, but so far all customers are good and nice, both rate 5 stars each.
waiting to input another 500 this weekend. i am expecting maybe 1% bad review from unreasonable customers, but at least it is better than lazada system who doesnt care.

Sellers have to bear all the bad comments for courier's fault, act of God or even customer's own fault.

Just received a poor comment due to courier arrived their home at wrong time for two times. Customer expect seller to urge courier for re-delivery at appointed time. Eventually they have to do to self collection.

One star for unable to help customer to save petrol.

You can revenge and reply comment, but it still remain in your profile. Potential customer will avoid your shop too.

yes, but at least we can see the profile of the buyer and prepare for it, i actually seen some 2-3 star rating accumulating buyers after from over 20 purchases from my friend's seller platform, he cancel one of his customer's order when he found some comment from few other sellers commented they buyer like having absurd claims cannot receive within 24 hours for a state to state delivery or courier guy bad attitude.

and also we can know a genuine buyer profile, not from competitors who can act as customer and rate you bad.

I find rating stupid, sometimes is because of delivery fault, they rate the product one star.

lazada now allow seller to rate back buyer.

Seen many reviews that says problem with Poslaju and yet they giveow ratings to sellers.

Seller cannot escape from getting silly reviews it is internet after all. Just reply those bad review in a civil and professional manner. Somewhere along the line, taichi it as supplier problem. Alang2 tu indirectly perli the buyer, whichever allows to still maintain the composure.


Seems like you have breached the terms of use of their platform. No any alternative but to meet their representative. Those PSC/LCS cannot help much.


too bad they implemented the logistic review too late. And i don't think many buyers aware of it unless it is placed on very obvious spot. But better than none i guess. Hopefully buyer use them in due time.

may i know how to settle the delivery part if i selling digital keys at lazada ? eg software can games key. Because im not sending any physical stuff out. Anyone master can help ?

just can't brain another issue.

more than 14 days customer want to return a product. usually cannot because the return and refund function cannot press after so many days if i remembered.

So to make good, because the customer is our regular. We asked her to return the item to us. and then we refund ourself.

suddenly Lazada refund for to her without asking us. there is no notification from Lazada whether we accept the refund or reject or not. usually there is. thsi time no.

Kinda stopped selling in Lazada already & shifted focus to Shopee instead.
Lazada Seller Center is absolutely crap.
