Wondering if anyone fuel consumption for their have changed throughout the years.Bought my car since launch and now my full tank is 440km instead of 500/480km when bought. Is that normal fuel consumption due to aging?
*
Probably your air intake system dirty already. Throttle body, map sensor can be clean to improve air flow, but the inside intake manifold very hard to be perfectly clean. For fuel injector, intake valve can try add fuel injector cleaner to fuel tank every 5000km. Liqui moly brand the best. Fuel filter must changed at least every 60k km to prevent fuel pump, fuel line, fuel injector getting clogged. Spark plug change to genuine iridium at perodua sc, If your car mileage over 150k km, check ignition coil as it will start getting weak.

Spark plug change at Perodua SC is expensive price imo since car likely already out of warranty.

Never heard of Perodua SC offering fuel filter change. Car munual ada mention but ask at Perodua few times all but tak tahu or say no need.

Ya but biggest headache is to get a really genuine iridium spark plug outside. Fake one the tip will melt then spoil your engine.

Ya my bad, bezza fuel filter was "teabag type" attached to the fuel pump, hardly got people do interval change. But luckily the fuel pump from denso was only around rm200+, must well change the fuel pump when reached lifespan.

I have been trying to change my fuel filter but for bezza it seems the fuel filter together with fuel pump isit? My spark plug doesn't seem to have issue , no misfiring check OBD2 scanner already.

I just made a roadtrip from Penang to PD/Melaka and back.

Total distance was 1344.8km and RM 163 was spent on fuel so that's 79.5 litres. So my mileage is 16.9km/litre of 80% highway 20% city driving on my 2017 Perodua Bezza 1.3.

Anybody getting similar mileage numbers?

Thanks.

Quite similar mileage as i travel from kl to JB took roughly 900 km round trips. Spend RM 95 as well. speedometer show 17.5 km/litre.
Do remember to take into consideration such as luggage, weight of people and driving behavior are differences for each person.

So far, your number are good.

Happy that Bezza is the best selling car of 2023.. My Bezza has no problems at all.. Good FC and good car..

Always see ppl complaining about this car backseat and said Proton is better.. LOL if Proton is better, the sales figures don't lie.. Even most Grab and taxi drivers use this car nowadays

No more Proton for me smile.gif

Car battery was change new at 2021 and i have a battery charger charging it full still won't start.

Car fuel is at 6 bar.

Is this cause by the fuel filter clog or pump spoil as my car is coming 7 years never change it ? I can hear the fuel pump noise when ac on.

I did read the comment One said need to pump fuel, one said code reset, one said parking lock. I'm rclxub.gif.

I only can try start the car about 4 times before EPS yellow light on & can smell fuel so i don't know what is the issue. So tomorrow better call SC.
