i always have the fantasy of able to access the programming side of things and toying around with the parameters. but i think that requires a huge investment of hardware and software and also the knowledge.

it does not void any warranty, but if you crash / people crash to you, more parts will break as it tightly bind two sides of your suspension together.

Question: what happens if I exited the car with the smart key while the engine is still on, to go get something from home, and someone decides to hijack the car? What will happen to the car? How far can the theif drive without the key in the car?
How far away can the car be from the smart key before it shuts down completely?

My bro drove about 15 meters away from my key and scared to go further dunno what will happen to the car, just to test.

And I left the engines running while I did some car jockey thing (repositioning cars) at home, (key was in my pocket and I was within about 20 meters from the car), came back and engines were still on, nothing happened.


I wanted to test this but didn't dare to coz scared the engine will suddenly shut down and damage the car. (which it's supposed to, in the case of theft)

Do enlighten me since I'm new to this smart key thing.

I am sorry to say your car will be gone.

For bezza the engine will keep on running till out of fuel or you turn off regardless the location of the key once started.

Once your engine is turn off then you can no longer turn on if they key is not nearby.

And the manual did say turning off the engine without key nearby will damage the car.
Something like the car will be in total lockdown and need service center to reset.

Let me give you the concept of keyless entry (it works the same across all the cars)

So if you exit the car and the smart key is not there , the car will just keep beeping that no key found - but you can go happily drive it out or bring it (in other words you can hijack - you can drive all the way up north to Thailand or down to Singapore - provided if you did not shut the engine off. If you did , it needs the key again to start)

Don't worry , it does not shut off , it will continue to run

Just say cannot be restarted again.

Did 2 things on my car last saturday.

To stop the rattling sound in my door. The boss is knowledgeable on places that cause rattling sound. Teach me where to double tape and explain which part perodua cut cost. Perodua reduce certain clip which make the cable rattle.

2. Grounding Cable (https://www.facebook.com/Grounding-Cable-Jumper-cable-304109156408595/)
I thought radio will be clearer but no, yada. Still same shit. But noticeable on the throttle, no more "lembab".

is the fuel consumption improved after the grounding cable installed?

havent driven far enough yet to know but my personal opinion it just help very very little for bezza. LOL
The cable is to prolong electronic parts lifespan. if you thinking to upgrade audio, then grounding and voltage stabilizer is a must.

DIYed Vibramat on my car. Appreciate if you can share where are the locations thats causing the rattling.
Currently Driver door have this rattling sound probably cause by cable.

I'm having the same issue. My (unverified) theory is that it only works on older versions of Android from around the time the Bezza first launched.
