yup...its considered as brisbane...but upgraded ver tongue.gif

same as brisbane 1.9 128x2 L1 512x2 L2

hrmm i run 1.45 vcore to achieve 2.85....
*
1.45v. Ermm...If compare to brisbane 3600, BE2350 need higher vcore to reach 2.9GHz.
Bro, 1.40v stable??

hrmmm 1.4 actually can boot but prime not stable....i think this is due to my psu only at 400watt....as this rig is my micro rig...

the amazing part of this proc is running cooller as i use athe stock HSF and Crampy case(Microfly)...

help. i need someone to explain the options under Geniebios for my mobo. I still don't quite understand the terms for k8 overclocking. sad.gif

CPU FSB Ratio setting (options: auto, 4x-10x)
so this is the cpu multiplier? If i select 9, isit actually 9.5?

CPU n NB bus ratio setting (options: auto, 1x-5x)
this is the HT link ratio? (keep it under 1000 thing?)

DRAM speed (options: 400,533,667,800,auto)
this is the dram divider?

So, to oc a little, I shall:
up vcore to 1.3v, up vdimm 2.2v, select 9x cpu multiplier, change bus speed from 200 to 250, select ddr667 divider, select 4x for HT link?

hmm.. set the HTT to 231x13 vcore 1.48.. this is the setting that i use on my proc with m2n32 mobo..
for my crucial ram setting i use 4-4-4-12 2.0vdimm divider 800..

for the ram setting im not sure... u need to tweak it ur self to find the suitable and stable setting...

I believe you must set auto to get 9.5 and disable CnQ feature

CPU n NB bus ratio setting (options: auto, 1x-5x)

Yup, make it x4 if you're planning somewhere below 250 or x3 if over 250

DRAM speed (options: 400,533,667,800,auto)
this is the dram divider?

Yup, RAM divider. x9.5 multiplier should follow x9 RAM divider

So, to oc a little, I shall:
up vcore to 1.3v, up vdimm 2.2v, select 9x cpu multiplier, change bus speed from 200 to 250, select ddr667 divider, select 4x for HT link?

Change HTL to x4, change bus speed bit by bit like 5~10mhz, change RAM divider if the RAM holding you back. Brisbane can go further with stock vcore and vdimm

No le..couldn't find the original question..only get to online once a week since new sem started in usm. Thats why my reply like damn far from my

Gonna overclock my Windsor & NF-M2 nview like crazy soon..got lotsa cooling stuff just waiting to be used..thinking of grabbing another bunch of allngap's peltiers and chaining them in a liquid cooling loop (planning to experiement on sub zero coolants, and try out a special little idea which I'm planning for my future rig). Backed up a good portion of my data, will start the OCing once I'm done. Been kinda nervous about data corruption since my last HDD went nuts.

NB HT width is the HT multiplier. HT link = HT multiplier X HTT. Keep the HT link around 1000 when you OC it.
