I think even the F3 windsor is still hotter than brisbane. I don't have any way to check it out though, unless I can have both processors, then I can check from the power consumption.

For DDR2, Crucial D9G** rams are best. For mobo, Abit gives a lot of features for the price, but most of their mobo got 'perangai' wan. Biostar has less features, but less perangai issue. DFI is the king for OCing, but be careful..the settings it allows can be extreme enough to make smoke come out..not for noobs.
