When price go up, sure no regulation. Everyone want to make 1money. When a friend wanted to buy terrace, developer keep postponing the S&P, and with each delay, an increase of 5k in price.
Man, I really hope ASMx dividend won't go below FD. I moved here to save efforts transferring between banks for the FD promo. Not too greedy.

Ohh? I'm no expert, but I've read that one of the reason is banks are more stringent in giving out loans. Less easy money means less speculation. I also cannot imagine how people buy $1m condo to rent out. Who's going to pay 4-5k a month just to rent other than the limited expats? but people were buying.....so what I heard is true after all..
