somemore ASN doesn't allow selling online, genuine fishermen and fisherwomen no threat to their system

Start with some alignment in boundary assumptions....
1. Asx funds to consistently outperform bank fd promotions.
2. You are Malaysia Chinese. Not bumi status.
3. Current purchasing period is closer to May 2019 conditions, rather than Apr. (don't have objective data, but during Apr month, ASM was frozen. Only ASM3 abundantly avail. While in May, feels like ASM1 easier to buy)

Then, the unavoidable reality,.... Availability of funds cannot be ignored.

Chinese simply grab what's avail for sale!!! That's one of the reason newbies want-in to wa and/telegram group. To know which pond has most fish. However, the recent chat btw Skty n Elder Believe, about human nature n self-serving instinct, sums it well.

Can still balance your portfolio, but Unker thinks, over much longer periods, if asnb continues to selectively open a particular FP fund.

Yes, don think Msia banks allow u to set oversea numbers to receive OTP.
If u don get OTP while roaming, pack ur fishing gear and go enjoy ur holiday... nth much u can do...
