There also got group mentioned about people abuse the port out system(acah2) to get all kind of promo / discounts. So digi will do something decently for the abuse.

apparently their customer retention dept can just simply offer something that is not on the "shelf", just like that i100(s), i should have save all those weird plan screenshot people get from trying to port out, maybe later i will dig back, or maybe alex can help

Does infinite 100(s) has unlimited tethering? If yes, I would try to get this offer too. So far using infinite 150 for 9 months without any issue

yes exactly like i150, everything unlimited and priced cheaper at RM100 per month

It depends, sometimes a few hours sometimes 1 day

Hi. i have read about the i100(s). but it is weird that when i request to port out last month, no counter offer being made by digi. if they offer me the plan, i would definitely stay with them =D

Tried to MNP out and submitted the request this morning, within 2H received call from Digi.

Unfortunately, she can only offer 50GB for RM 50 and I tried to negotiate for unlimited data and Roam Like Home. Then, she said "oh you need those, OK la, this call is just for feedback purpose. Later you will receive SMS to port out. Thanks." Call ended. 

So what should I do now?

Can try again few days later since U Mobile SIM card is valid for 1 month? 

I'm getting 60~70Mbps on TP-Link MR200. If I upgrade to 65d, will it become faster & better?

Just spotted this in my nearby shop, it's half price of normal RM28 came with unlimited youtube and facebook, is that anyone tried before? Is there mobile connection stable? need to topup RM30 monthly or just RM15/28?

made a report to Digi on slow internet issues despite the signal showing a full bar at 4g + .. after 5 days they admit the problem caused by the tower could not cope or cater the large number of users.
the questions.. how long to wait.. do I entitle for rebates.. etc.
area: tasek/bercham ipoh..  for now i'm not intend to opt-out.. since  it is the best overall package for me and have been used for more than 2 years now..

This sound like recent China news related with telco tower. They request telco company + local gorv dismantle the tower. But 2 months after they complaint signal issue.
Telco official statement to the complaint like : they will non entertain unless massive user increase. <kek

At least, RM 20 discount is better than mine. I will try again.

Just take the offer, after all rebates are always welcomed ! 
Let’s hope they do give better offer, since data/internet prices are going down.
But still need to fix the congestion part.
Really sucks when you can’t  get what you pay for.

i would go for rebate rather than downgrade the plan.
