Can share which VPN?

Little help here guys, I've been using I150 with Huawei B310s-22 for quite a long time now, but the signal and speed varies throughtout the day so I had bought an OMNI directional external antenna...but I couldnt find any setting to switch the antenna to external, or is it automatic?
BTW the speed changes so much...that 70mbps+ one is full bar while the 30mbps one is 2 bars...yikes

are u using android phone? install hmanager.. get data rsrp n sinr..at least u know what dbm reading u had to compare...

external antenna need to be turn on on setting inweb ui 192.168.8.1

I have unpaid rm59
And now my b618 mode is red.
Is the line barred?
Is there any charge for reconnecting?

How long have you owed? No cost for reconnecting, once you pay then call CS to unbar your line. Use MyDigi app to pay for real time update.

Just enter 2nd month.
Last month I pay only rm100.
So I owned rm59.
Then got billing rm218
Then got many sms. They said will barred my line.
Aiyoooo I thought can pay half. Hmm
So what is the function of credit limit?

Then what amount your credit limit was?

Before this with tm I got this problem, 160 8m they set me 180 limit.... And that was few other telco call to make it over limit.. Then I hantam kuat2.. Now 500....

Luckyly got another wifi and try to open mydigi apps.
Nah I see the are option to temporary unbarred. Then I click on it, my line go back normally. This is first time happen.
Then I have to paid fully using jompay. Haiyoo. Digi very cruel ea. I also got many sms call from customer services. I think they try to remind me. But can't reach because they call my b618 hehehehehe

Credit limit is to prevent any potential bill shock you may get. It doesn't excuse you from paying IN FULL your monthly bills.

Credit limit is not for you to owe but for you to spend.
I have RM 1000 from UniFi and RM 850 from Digi, that doesn't mean I can owe until reaching the max limit. Try that and they will bar your line after exceed their grace period.
Many people misunderstood the meaning of credit limit.

Cruel? No. Pay what you owe, as simple as this.

surely not for debt.
For my situation they set their limit at non sense amount.
Back to my Streamyx situation, 160 for local+internet. Call telco need money and first time they set sharp 160, internet get suspended on first week due to my mom sometime call telco.

I already autopaid, and need to pay that few RM(single digit,) to un-suspend,.

Yes, that's why you asked mrlongshen for his credit limit, there is no relevance with his case. He owed Digi, so even if he has high limit, that doesn't mean he can owe that much.

if u cant afford to pay in full, then better not to subscribe esp since it's only internet

hehe. yeah very cruel . not like umobile.. I pay postpaid RM59, I can hold it max for 3 month. Then I pay RM177. No bar like digi. that why I said digi cruel heheheh


I can afford it, just lazy to pay rm59. Just want to bring upfront like my umobile gx50 postpaid billing.

I don't find it cruel at all. Try with UniFi and Astro, you need to pay for re-connecting payment.
Pay what you owe, if can afford but don't want to pay, I don't understand the rationale behind this. What's the difference of paying now and later after barred? Such inconvenience.

yup, maybe next round u can prepay few months in advanced, then issue solved.
