Yep Intel Robson Technology.HP did not include it because they had tested with not much difference using vista while Dell include it.

M1330 maybe launch at July but no new until now.Now we are at Malaysia , the release is base on US date.Shipping to malaysia is a different story and different date except for the busniess model Latitude and Precision.

at least now they are listening to the market & looking at their competitors footstep (HP & ASUS) , it seems Dell making their move with style & performance.

Not a surprised since new tech gives out a lot more heat & the 8600M is definitely one fireplace.

But the battery will be extended out? if that for the 14" only? or for those opting 9-cell battery? the battery jutting out won't be actually quite ... errr ... nice

You can see Dell is pushing out through wal-mart for their laptop and desktop and include linux sumarize that they listening to the market demand. It's pretty wise to move as you can see.
Hope the price stay as the current 6400 not too expensive. smile.gif

But normally at low price range the spec is not really what i call great. I have the feeling at 3199 that would be cdrw, 512 mb, wireless abg, x3100, 1 year warranty, *linux and wxsga screen. when intel comes out the cheaper version of santa rosa then less than 3k will be available.

Yep , new hardware release surely will be expensive.Next year intel will introduce a low-voltage C2D shrinking their C2D and new UMPC platform.
If I'm correct , the 512ram will be around Rm2500 to 2800.Maybe 3 model like it use to be RM2700 , RM3000 , RM3800.

@ kingmax,

i dont think the mousepad is too much to the left. In fact i think its cool, its Alienware-ish. and yeah, the numpad make it move a lil bit to the left.
