You suggest that I should go back to mid range which can easily get 10 hours of SOT? No, right?
I mean I cannot be too sensitive to battery life, coz there is midrange phone out there totally beat Mate 20 Pro to the ground in term of battery life.  tongue.gif

That's why I said it is pointless. Else I will suffer on OCD in battery life after change to mate 20 pro. haha..
*
why put midrange into the topic? if you like ur midrange so much you won't spend rm3k into mate 20 pro

my video that you just commented is about flagship

i said mate 20 pro pawned other flagship in battery

suddenly you said 1 hour sot more than other flagship(nearest note 9,other even more) dont count as big difference and mid range can clock more

the video comparing between flagships bro, not ur redmi xxxx or dono what m1 pro max

The brightness green issue seems to affect only China for now as their display manufacturer is different from international one. Maybe.

Btw, is the super charge cable swappable with P20 Pro series ? As long as it’s purple it’s fine right ?
*
yup thats fine...I use Mate 9 cable and do get super charge as well.

BTW, as i reported yesterday, there is a light blue (more of a cyan I guess) tint for night mode.

Ya, that's the reason why I am using Mate 20 pro. coz I cannot simply take battery life as a point to use this phone. Else I will start to miss the midrange battery life.

i also have the same issue.

I enjoy testing phones, so my secondary phone have been changing from Pixel 2 XL, V30+, U12+, Key2, Mi8, G7+, and now Mate 20 Pro.
But I still have to maintain samsung (Note 8, s9 plus to note 9) for my primary phone due the convenience of Samsung Pay and its rewards...

if only Mate 20 Pro has the same feature, definitely will be perfect.

anyone has feedback for the mate 20 so far?

also some general emui questions for Mate 20:
- does it allow double tap to wake & sleep?
- any quick reply and drag to expand for notifications (eg for whatsapp & messenger)?
- how often is the security/patch update?
- does emui devices experience lag/crashes after 2-3 years?

seriously considering huawei, but not very confident with the software, appreciate it if anyone can share their experience on drawbacks and reliability smile.gif

1) dont think so, atleast on m20p...i think that feature is only available on honor series (my H7 has it, i wished they had ported it on m series as well)

2) now sure of the question? do you mean from notification screen...if so, yes

3) still new, so cant say much, but i think so far we had one?!

4) not sure why many had said, emui sucks....but i havent read at which function it sucks...personally emui been good for me, been using more than 3 years from H7, M9 and now M20p, all 3 are still functional and good.

I was from P9plus which owned more than 2 years. The latest update stopped at July 2018. Quite often at early stage gradually reduced. Actually the phone still working well now but just that the camera can't capture good photos at night, moving object even though the result is good since under 1st version of Leica Len. I seldom play any game, never crash or lag before even I install lots of software.

Well for Mate 20, those general emui questions no one can really answer you since only launched a week.

does it affect the fingerprint scanner?

and there's no Double Tap to turn off/on the screen?
