I was really thinking of getting this phone, upgrading from my P10 plus to a mate 20 pro. The only issue I have is that I am into gaming and the Kirin 960 on the P10plus was a disappointment. I feel the 970 was leaps and bounds better but still fell short of the SD 845 chip. In this current economy, getting a phone is pricey and getting a phone that can last more than 2 years with good software updates is another. I hope the 980 can really deliver and be comparable to the soon to be released 855 chip.
This is why i opted for the pixel 3, even though its more expensive it might last me a max of 3 years with free sub to google photos for 3 years. Has an excellent camera but sadly a soon to be outdate SD845 chip.

What made you guys choose the Mate 20/pro over other flagships?

I am using one x screen protector. its really good but if the guys didn't fit it well it will come out when you use a case.

Has anyone bought any casing for their phone already? I heard the Spigen one is slippery which defeats its purpose. Thinking of UAG again

This is bullshit. I think they are trying to do that based on the demand right now. 1 year ago i one to one replaced my p10plus. My p10plus had a bump as i dropped it on the road once without without its casing. They replaced the phone with a new one.

I guess you are getting all these excuses because of the demand.

Done this a few days back. That Hisearch is a plague. I really wonder why there isn't an option to disable it in the software.
Anyway, its good thing that we can uninstall this from ADB... I wonder is bug or meant or allowed by Huawei's software's team.
