If possible, can you please try the speed test against Singapore MyRepublic server with the DIR-882 next times?

I am able to get 940 Mbps speed consistently on MyRepublic when connecting directly to ONU but through router cannot, I am wondering the other routers.

Yea good lah and not complaining but I want to see 1,000 Mbps once and screen shot it to show off... ha.. ha.. ha..

Guys, I need some help here. I was using Xiaomi Router 3 all this while, and both wireless and wired speedtest able to get about 90mbps+ before TIME upgrade our package. After speed upgraded to 500mbps, it seems like no changes in terms of speed using my Xiaomi Router 3. Yesterday TIME came and installed the TP-Link router for me, wireless about to get about 150mbps (compared to my Xiaomi Router 3, 90mbps+) and wired able to get 510mbps (compared to my Xiaomi Router 3, 90mbps+).

When stream movies thru network using TP-Link AC1200, movies tend to buffer at times when connected to 2.4GHz, however Xiaomi Router 3 doesn't observed this issue. So I'll temporary switch back to my Xiaomi Router 3 at the moment.

Anyone know what's going on with my Xiaomi Router 3? I tried reset factory default for my Xiaomi Router 3 but still the same, speedtest can't get more than 100mbps despite TIME has already upgraded to 500mbps.

Hi all. I have just received sms saying i have been upgraded automatically to 500mbps from 100mbps plus pay cheaper RM139. Can i downgrade back to 100mbps to pay cheaper at RM99? Will my contract be reset plus penalty? Thanks.

Somebody mentioned before for international gateway TM is still better than other local broadband providers.

So today, the management told me, my apartment high rise told me that TIME signed the agreement to install fibre on September 2018, but they still don't install it yet... I asked management whether many people demand fibre at my place, he answered no, his face showed something... He didn't dare to look at me while talking the whole time

I am on 500Mbps plan now. I forgot whether I am still under old 24months contract period. Try to call customer careline but all lines are busy.
I plan to downgrade to 100Mbps and I saw the "Change Plan" page in TIME Selfcare does not written any contract renew when downgrade. Is that mean my previous contract is end and I can downgrade anytime without penalty?

I am in Bayan Baru area, speed less than 100mbps since last week. Waiting the install came and fix the D-Link router and ask him check.

i also encountering the same issue. and seems like their customer service is fully engage.

Cs finally pickup and answered that is a profile issue. they will escalate the issue and set back the correct profile for those affected one

Hi, my package was automatically upgraded to 500mbps @ Rm139 per month recently (from 100mbps @ Rm149 per month).

Can I downgrade back to 100mbps? Don't really need that much speed for daily usage.

Anyone can advise? I switched from unifi to Time around 4-5 months ago.

The powerline speed is bad although it shows the same as wireless, my gaming was constantly spiking on the latency. I unplugged the powerline and it went smoothly.

My house have not much walls, its a 800 sq ft apartment but somehow the speed is mediocre. My room have power adapters but no built in ethernet socket on the wall.
Im looking at asus mesh wifi but will I require any ethernet cables? Or I should just plug the mesh device into any power adapter?

On a sidenote, which is better? D-Link DIR 882 or ASUS RT-AC1300UHP in terms of value for money and performance?

I am on 1 Gbps plan. I am having issue where the speed will drop to 200 to 300 mbps and when I restart my router, it goes up to 900+ mbps. I  tested with speedtest app on two laptops connected by wired and both same results.

Thank you jjj2, I would like to ask, will the usage of powerline able to make the wifi signal stronger? This is because im using 2 powerlines by putting 1 in each room as its in wifi dead zone
