finally got TIME installed in my house yesterday
been waiting for years for TIME to come in
so far everything was really FAST!
upgraded from Unifi vdsl 30 to TIME 500Mbps 

Is there a big difference in 100mbps and 500mbps for online gaming?

Hi. Just installed the 500mbps package yesterday. Everything went well, can see the speed test on the installer guy's laptop the download rate was around 500mbps. Today I did the speedtest again on my pc and only got these results.

Is there any setting I have to do on my pc?

Anyone else having sporadic issues connecting to Australian servers, specifically in the Melbourne area?

Been having connection problems every so often the past 3-4 days.

I'm using cable to my pc. Yes, it's the default TP-Link C1200. After turning off the firewall settings (Windows 10 btw), here are the results.

Upload speed manage to get max, but download speed?   

I tried various servers. All with near the same result. Tested most with Telekom/Digi/Axiata

giving fake old  price for time fibre package. asked him why his is more expensive and didn't reply

Tried Google DNS? Or you can try Cloudfare DNS.

was using cloudflare dns, but nothing changed even if i use google dns.

but i found out that if i disabled ipv6 everything would work normally.

TIME lay the fibre cable to building electric space already. Two weeks have been passed. From what I heard around, they still waiting for government confirmation to drill at outside (?). Don't know how long the process takes in place...
If anyone foolow and experience this, please share with us here.

Perhaps I being impatient here, but at least TIME is here. I confirmed with building management, not TM, it gives me peace of mind.

I'm seeing many Penang apartments have TIME availability update so quick, like 2-3 apartments with TIME per week.
Hope it done quickly by end of April... even better if around March...

If currently using 100mbps plan.. Is it possible to upgrade the speed to 500mbps or 1GB speed? Or do we need to wait until existing contract expired? If it is possible to upgrade within contract what is the total fee involved and how long it takes to get the upgrade speeds desired? Thx

Got 1Gbps last week. Seems like it hits only around 800Mbps max. They gave DLink DIR-882 router.

Currently on CAT6 30 meters. Maybe I should upgrade the cables to CAT6A.

Today just installed TIME with 500mbps. Evening still okay with the speed.
At night slow like snail. Max only 30mbps only. What is going on?

And when I change the DNS using Cloudflare one in the router, it doesn't connect at all. Even Google DNS seems hard to connect also

they never fix this problem been happening for years on and off.

Noted such issues, same as in Penang.... alrdy feedback for further checking

that default router provide by time fiber tplink c1200 is buggy and problematic to the max,.. best buy your own router that can dial pppoe will do the job, trust me u dont want to use the default one,..

example: very hard to save any changes in the 192.168.0.1, unless u try to click a few times of save button, mostly will stated failed to save,.. sometimes the router will auto reset to default original setting after 1 - 3 hour power off even, lost the pppoe id n pass tooo,..imagine u need to click a few time in order to save each detail coloumn in web, even in latest eu time firmware and always nothing time can do for you other than sent technician to your places to reflash the router firmware or just remotely reflash router firmware for you over the phone, and this router itself generate very high heat as well as the ac power adapter too, cpu always stated running at 100%,..  ..      

Sadly, same goes for the Unifi they wouldn't change it at all. But, most of the users just use it without noticing any problem as long as the Internet is working.

Hmmm. Do Time website stated that if we can to get full speed etc must buy own router ? Doesn't fair to us consumer right ? 🤔🤔🤔

If I just took 100mbps, do I need to change router for wireless ?

Oops, sorry, actually is my branch office's unit. Need to change the router's IP Range and DHCP, but staff only told me the model number.

I need some help on my TIME internet issue. I was away from malaysia for past 1 year plus. Before i go oversea, i am subscribed to TIME Internet. Now that i am back, how can i continue use the service ? Please guide me on this matter. i chat with some TIME agent and they told me to pay them around 1k to settle. But he is not sure if i can continue with the service after i made the payment. Can anyone help me on this. PM me also can Thank you in advance and really appreciate if you can guide me.
