Hello there,
You should seek advice from all master umobile users here.
I am currently using TIME fiber 300mbps.
When the contract expires, I'm thinking of terminating it.
Is anyone here a U Home 5G (Ultra Hotspot 5G) user?

Do you believe the 5G signal will meet my needs given I'm staying in a condo on level 33?

I'm not playing any games instead, I'm mostly watching YouTube or a drama/movie.

I need your help.
thanks

u home 5g plan is no contract. u can apply and try before u terminate your line.
*
But how is the Modem? cos the modem is very costly.

Not recommended. Fiber is always stable compare to 5G.

I get your point. I thought 5G is now more high speed compared with 300mbps (fiber type).
recently I facing an issue with the TIME internet connection.
even though it is 300mbps but it is less than that and always has connection issues. bangwall.gif

You might wanna check it with Time internet thread (as below link)

https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4670024

Or try change router?
*
the router is 1 year old, I don't think is the router problem.
when the connection error, I unplug the fiber cable and after a second then plug it back again.
I am not sure if is it a fiber cable issue or the modem issue.

You may contact time support for that they will send tech person to your premises to check. If it’s router fault usually they will replace it

But their technician always looks for weekday visits only.
mostly the weekend schedule is full, this is one of the reasons i get mad.

Wow seems like worse than TM laugh.gif
At least TM will send technician on next day, else can tell the technician to come on weekend
I recommend you inform TM to send technician to inspect 1st

TiME have a good service as well, however they only have a few technical agents in my area. I believe there are just three of them. Previously, only one person covered this "pandan perdana" area. This is the issue: weekends are always packed, and if they aren't, you'll have to wait a few weeks.
