If blue telco is good for you, then you may opt for Yoodo 6Mbps plan instead
The only way you can get GX38 is to get the older sim cards from those special/VIP/VVIP number sellers

You can ask U Mobile on the value plus eligibility. Do take note you need to second line and both line is contractual obligated 24 months, which is 68*6% *2

I did call them. But they said, i need to subscribe to p139. Website clear said at least gx68. I hang up
