In my experience, these things AIO modem/ routers always get fried in a lightning storm. Had to replace a few on my own instead of waiting for TM.

I did once to my brother router. I reset it by mistake. make a call need some ID confirmation. than boom they give the password. just 1 hour call.
I change my personal & company router all by myself. is just a 1 or 2 hours job ler. no need to call technician to do those job  tongue.gif 
do you keep the original carbon paper when TM technician come to install unifi. the password & user id should be on the paper.

Mana Ada system one the way the turbo upgrade is being done. I'm still waiting here in Kepong Baru. My 50 Mbps package price is negligible with the new 100 Mbps plan +Ultimate TV pack. So even if I go threaten to to change to 100 Mbps they will just relax only. So forced to wait.

Almost the same boat as you. If you don't think you'll need the speed or don't want to invest in gear to maximise your user experience just upgrade to the 100 Mbps plan.
If your current setup is sufficient, they may not even change your setup or suggest you buy new equipment i.e. buy the router from them ( according to the Twitter CS). Though I doubt your setup BTU and router are gigabit Ethernet capable so they may have to replace your BTU and router anyway which should be at no cost to you.

Change! Makes sense if you don't feel the turbo speed will make any difference to your user experience. Even with the Ultimate TV pack you're still only paying 159. You save a significant amount.
IMHO, those paying over 200 for 100 Mbps speed should switch if they are not needing more speed.

What does your care@unifi page state your accounts as? The old 50 Mbps or the new 100 Mbps? Maybe they haven't activated it yet? Is in the queue of jobs?. Call 100 and ask the CS.

Initially I also did not achieve 300Mbps. As I had read through the thread v34, I did some troubleshooting from all the tips given to people in the same boat and found our that it was my LAN cable problem. It was rated as Cat 6 but I bought that cable many years ago. Got a new one this morning and voila....  rclxm9.gif turbo-ed!  drool.gif
