• Equipment Verification
Before your continue, make sure that all your equipments can readily support speed your desired speed. Refer to post #2 or ask! 

Make sure you use a CAT5E and above Ethernet wiring for ALL connections and that include from BTU to router.

• Wired Isolated Testing
As we said above, wireless is very uncertain so to better trace the issue, we have to test using a wired connection.
Perform a speedtest with a local Malaysia server on speedtest.net and see what is the speed. If your speed peak at <100Mbps, perform the Gigabit Ethernet Test.

If your speed is more than 100Mbps and less than your ideal speed. It may be an issue with either TM or your wireless router unable to support that fast speed.
• Gigabit Ethernet Verification
Before you start, check that your computer and router support Gigabit Ethernet by referring to the specs sheet. Make sure you use a CAT5E cable or better.

Connect your computer to your router and run the file to see see if the ports are Gigabit capable and repeat it with your BTU modem. If you do not get Gigabit speed but your equipment is Gigabit capable, check your wire and rerun the test with another computer and Ethernet cable. 

If your BTU is confirmed to be a Gigabit capable BTU, contact your ISP as they may have configured it wrongly.
